TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Information
This site is operated by a legally registered company.
For any information, you can contact us through the website.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of sale.
2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding contractual element. They may show slight variations compared to the actual product (colours, finishes, packaging).
3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly shown before the order is confirmed.
Movelina reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price in effect at the time of order.
4. Order
The order is confirmed once payment has been received. Once confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with an order summary.
Movelina reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:
- Product availability issues
- An obvious error in the price or description
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Non-payment
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and certified partners (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Movelina does not store the customer's payment details in any form. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
6. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are between 7 and 15 business days from the shipping date.
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once the order has shipped.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the customer has 14 days from receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
Movelina also offers an extended 30-day commercial guarantee ("Satisfied or Refunded"), under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
Return conditions:
- Product unused
- Sealed, for cosmetic and hygiene products
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
8. Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products are covered by the statutory rights provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
10. Liability
Movelina cannot be held liable for:
- Improper use or use not in line with the product's instructions
- Individual skin reactions due to personal sensitivities (we recommend always reading the ingredients list)
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delivery delays caused by force majeure or the courier
In the event of a skin reaction, the customer is advised to stop use immediately and consult a doctor.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, videos, logos, design, brand name) is the exclusive property of Movelina and protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without written authorisation is prohibited.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
For UK consumers, in the event of a dispute, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in the consumer's place of residence.
Both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
14. Changes
Movelina reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of the order.
